Kensington Gardens is a townhouse and villa community by LEOS in International City Phase 2, a newer extension of the International City area that is being developed with a less dense, more spacious character than the original. LEOS brings their European design approach to this low-density project, which offers three and four-bedroom townhouses.
International City Phase 2 is a different proposition from the original International City. The newer phase has larger plots, more greenery and a community feel that the original area — built primarily around apartments — does not fully have. LEOS's decision to build here targets buyers who want space and value rather than a central Dubai address.
